Devine Street District Quadruplex

The design directive for this multifamily project was to provide a 4 unit townhome building that would fit within the scale of an existing residential neighborhood with primarily single family houses. In order to achieve this we created a building mass that reads as two single family homes and located the entry doors to each unit on separate walls in order to mitigate the multifamily appearance of the project. The resulting construction fits within the historic neighborhood and has enjoyed a high level of occupancy since its opening.
